It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Espinho.

Praia da Baía Beach is protected in the ends by a couple of piers which integrate an artificial bay, responsible for the beach name.
The sand is very extensive and its southern part is known by Praia das Sereias Beach. It is bathed by a calmer sea when comparing to the north neighbor beach.
This place integrates regularly the itinerant circuit of beach libraries.
Access is granted through Avenida 81 or via Rua 622, depending on the direction from which one comes.
