About the Beach

What is Praia do Pinhão Beach?

It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Lagos.

Praia do Pinhão Beach presents a sand of small dimensions.
On top of the cliff surrounding the bathing area, lies the Miradouro da Praia do Pinhão1.
Sea waters are quiet and of a Caribbean green.
At north, there's a protuberant cliff edge bounding the beach. The south area hides several immersed rocks.
The access is via a stone stairway embedded in the cliff face, protected by a wall.
