About the Beach

What is Praia da Estrela Beach?

It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Óbidos.

Praia da Estrela Beach discloses a very extensive sand.
On the cliff top, a dune environment and wild vegetation followed by forest at east, are the distinctive notes.
In times of higher rainfall a stream is formed, gently emptying on this shoreline.
The best access is done through the sand of the north neighbor beach because the trails on the cliff lack in safety levels.
