About the Beach

What is Praia das Fontainhas Beach?

It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Oeiras.

Praia das Fontainhas Beach has lots of rocky formations and an almost inexistent sand.
The northwest area beside the wall separating the beach from the 1 is better for bathing.
At southeast there's a small bridge with a that provides access to a structure built with an antenna on top.
This is a beach that arouses little interest to the bathers.
