It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Santiago do Cacém.

Praia da Fonte do Cortiço Beach has a very long sand of about 1,4 Km. It's located in the 1, near a small picnic park.
The access is done through the south of , turning to northwest at a crossroad beside SAKI - Santo André Kartódromo Internacional2. Next, turn at first left, then first right, keep on going straight ahead until finding this piece of heaven on earth.
