It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Alcobaça (North).

Praia da Légua Beach has a very long stretch of sand.
At center, a streams flows kindly beside a stairway accessing the beach.
The dunes abundant in vegetation near the cliff slope and forest to the east turn this beach into a spot very appreciated by nature lovers.
Access is done via Estrada Nacional 2421, turning on Estrada Oceânica Sul2 into west direction.
