It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Torres Vedras.

Praia das Peças Beach belongs to Praia da Assenta (North) Beach and presents a sand with reduced dimensions. It's north and south bounded by rocky formations that extend into the sea.
The cliff is topped by farm fields that precede the houses of Assenta village and traces of wild vegetation.
This beach is mainly frequented by fishermen.
The access is done through Carrascais or Assenta villages.
