It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Vila do Bispo.

Praia do Martinhal Beach has a very long sand, wider at the middle area. It's located in the sea front of Martinhal Beach Resort & Hotel.
During higher rainfall, several water lines begin to flow from Barranco das Mós.
About 600 meters from here may be sighted the Ilhéus do Martinhal1 Diving lovers can enjoy the existence of underwater caves around this area.
