It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia.

Praia das Pedras Amarelas Beach has a very long sand, bounded north by a small sandbank ending in a rock formation.
At the center empties the Ribeira do Ralo1.
This beach is much attended by families with children due to the outdoor playground built at full sea side road.
Access is done by Avenida Beira Mar2 or through Rua Pedra Torta3. From here, there's a ramp in the north part and wooden walkways to the south.
