It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia.

Praia do Atlântico Beach discloses a medium extension sand which is bit large and confined between the sea and a handsome dune system.
There are immersed rocks spread along bathing area demanding for bathers attention and further north, some rock formations lie at seaside.
Central and south parts are preferred by people visiting this beach.
The car parking is done in car places available along Avenida Gago Coutinho1.
