It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Loulé.

Praia de Vale do Lobo Beach has a very long sand of about 1,1 Km.
An ochre small clay cliff decorates the landscape.
At west, the beach is bounded by the Ribeira do Carcavai1, beside the , and at east by the lawns of .
Vale do Lobo was awarded with the "Best Hotel/Portugal Resort" prize by the prestigious British magazine "Today's Golfer" in 2013.
This beach displays the since the year of 1987 when it was established all over Europe.
