It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Lagoa.

Praia Grande Beach, also known as Praia de Ferragudo Beach, hosts the 1 waters near to its mouth. The sand is wide and very long.
Sea waters are calm due to the protection provided by the piers from the river bar.
The cliff surrounding the beach has its top covered by greenish pines.
At north, the 2 brings memories of distant times and beautifies the landscape.
From here, 3 can be sighted on the opposite side of the river.
