It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Albufeira.

Praia do INATEL Beach has acquired its name due the presence of Inatel Albufeira Hotel which stands right in front of the very long sand.
The beach is west bounded by an infrastructure that flows the Ribeira de Albufeira1 into the sea. Access is decorated by a low height stonewall with two circular open spaces right behind the stairway to the beach.
