It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Albufeira.

Praia dos Alemães Beach, also known as Praia Azul Beach, has a very extensive sand.
The cliff follows all the length of the beach. On its top, beside the vegetation and the touristic resorts, there's a gazebo.
Looking east one can contemplate Leixão dos Alhos1.
The wooden walkways provide passage to the sand and to the classic straw parasols belonging the beach bars.
Access is achieved by the west neighboring beach or through several trails along the cliff.
