It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Sines.

Praia do Canto Mosqueiro Beach is part of Praia do Norte Beach and has a very long sand, located north of the Cabo de Sines1. It lies in a low profile cove.
To the north the beach is bounded by a rocky formation that separates it from the north neighboring beach.
The waters can get rough. There are rocks all over the bathing area, except in the middle section.
The access is done via a stairway built on the south cliff face.
