About the Beach

What is Praia da Guia Beach?

It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Sines.

Praia da Guia Beach is integrated into the Praia do Norte Beach and has a very extensive sand of about 1,2 Km.
The dune landscape mingles with the salt marsh from the Cova do Lago1 to the northeast, creating an uncommon scenery.
The beach is north bounded by the Ribeira dos Moinhos2 and to the south by an outbreak of rocks that extends into the sea. There are some farmlands to the east.
Car parking is located at the central area, beside the beach bar.
