About the Beach

What is Praia dos Almadoiros Beach?

It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Cantanhede.

Praia dos Almadoiros Beach discloses a very extensive sand of about 3,3 Km.
A wide and virgin dune system offers the visitors a paradisiacal landscape. Further south, lies the Vala de Escoamento das Lagoas1.
The most direct access is effected by the interior of the Perímetro Florestal de Cantanhade2 despite being in pretty rough conditions. It's recommended an incursion through village.
