It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Figueira da Foz.

Praia de Quiaios Beach displays a very long sand of about 5,4 Km.
The far-reaching stretch of sand extends to north of the housing, always in front of the Mata Nacional das Dunas de Quiaios1.
Surf fans seek actively for this beach due to the rough sea, a known attribute of this coastal area.
This region is famous due to the stages of the Portuguese national football team held in town, before major competitions.
