It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Figueira da Foz.

Praia do Hospital Beach acquired this name for being situated in front of Hospital Distrital da Figueira da Foz, EPE1.
A medium extension sandy strip is north and south bounded by two piers.
The construction of a seawall and the piers reflect the community effort to combat sea advance.
Here, it's very easy to find parking spaces right beside the beach.
