It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Almada.

Praia da Saúde Beach has an extensive sand bounded by the sea front of Clube de Campismo do Concelho de Almada1. It's inserted into Terras da Costa geographic unit.
This beach is often frequented by surf fans and the camping park users due its proximity.
Here lies train stop number 4, a small train for transporting all bathers along the shore.
