It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Almada.

Praia do Rei Beach displays an extensive and wide sand belonging to Acácias Sul geographic unit.
The big dune system is protected by wooden walkways.
During low tide a small lagoon begins to form rejocing parents and children.
At east, on top of the 1, lies the 2.
Here one finds the train stop number 13 of the , a small train used as passengers vessel to the beaches along the coast, during summer time.
