It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Mira.

Praia de Mira Beach, also known as Praia da Barrinha Beach, is integrated in the southern area of town.
Bounded by two piers at the endings there's a very long sand of about 4,8 Km.
The 1 and Lagoa da Barrinha2 are the main interest points for tourists to visit in the surroundings. Access is available by Estrada Nacional 2343, passing beside Lagoa de Mira4.
