About the Beach

What is Praia da Giribita Beach?

It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Oeiras.

Praia da Giribita Beach as a thin strip of sand that gets nearly all immersed during high tide.
At east, where the sand is a little wider, there are rocky formations in and out of the sea water.
A small string of pebbles follows along the beach length, beside Avenida Marginal1.
Further east lies the 2.
Car parking is inexistent.
