It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Porto.

Praia do Carneiro Beach, integrated in Praia da Foz Beach, is situated in front of the 1. The fort is also known as Castelo da Foz2 and was built in the sixteenth-century.
The beach has a pleasant and medium extension sand, bounded north by the beach bar. To the south it is bounded by a pier with the 3 on it. This pier with nearly 250 meters is part of the 4 mouth.
Access is available via Avenida Dom Carlos I5 or by Esplanada do Castelo6.
