It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Porto.

Praia Internacional Beach is part of the 1 project and is located in front of Edifício Transparente2.
An extensive strip of sand is chopped by concrete structures whom supporting bathers.
To the north, lies piped the mouth of the Ribeira da Riguinha or Ribeira do Couto3 and the Ribeira de Carcavelos3.
Further south, also piped, there's the Ribeira do Aldoar4.
This beach is frequently stage for international volleyball competitions.
Access is granted through Via do Castelo do Queijo5.
