About the Beach
What is Praia de Apúlia Beach?
It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Esposende.
Praia de Apúlia Beach is inserted into the sea front of Apúlia village, having a large sand yet little extensive.
To the south, the beach is bounded by a pier and the Ribeira da Fonte da Senhora1.
At center of the bathing area there's a rocky cluster which become visible during low tide.
This beach is much appreciated by surf lovers because of the windy climate conditions verified here most of times.
The access is done along Avenida da Colónia2 or by Rua da Marginal3
This beachis integrated in the Parque Natural do Litoral Norte4.
