About the Beach

What is Praia de Pedrinhas Beach?

It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Esposende.

Praia de Pedrinhas Beach acquired iits name for being on the sea front of a place called , and another one named Cedo Bem.
The beach presents a very long sand paired with a dune system that has houses built on it to the north and south. At center, dunes assume their wild form and are maintained by walkways for accessing the sand.
To southwest, one sights rock formation at considerable distance from the coast.
Access is available by exiting Estrada Nacional 131 to Rua da Escola2, following straight ahead into the beach.
