About the Beach

What is Praia da Torre Beach?

It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Grândola.

Praia da Torre Beach has a very extensive sand of about 3,4 Km. The sea waters are calm and crystal clear.
This wild beach is located within a walking distance to the west of Torre village.
Access is done throughout an exit of Estrada Regional 2611 that turns west into the village. From here the way is blocked to vehicles.
Enjoy half kilometer of losing sight rice paddies from both sides of the dirt road while walking to the dune system.

    Óptima praia para descansar, longe da confusão habitual da Comporta. O acesso não é dos mais fáceis, mas se for para fazer praia o dia inteiro, recomendo.
