About the Beach

What is Praia dos Brejos Beach?

It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Grândola.

Praia dos Brejos Beach, also known as Praia dos Brejos da Carregueira Beach, has a long sand of about 2,7 Km, located west of Brejos da Carregueira village.
This remote beach is less known than the others at , therefore being also little crowded.
At southeast, the largest curve of the canal illustrates the landscape where rice paddies lie.
Access coming from farm fields is blocked to vehicles, so it has to be done by walk.
