It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Matosinhos.

Praia das Pedras do Corgo Beach discloses a very extensive sand and a dune system with respectable dimensions.
In the center part one can observe a rocky strip entering into the sea.
The beach is generally attended by locals, presenting itself to bathers with cold sea waters.
A generous car park was built in a place where once were dunes.
Access is granted by Rua do Padre Amaro1, or via Rua Tenente Francisco José Silva2.
