About the Beach

What is Prainha das Poças Beach?

It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Vila do Bispo.

Prainha das Poças Beach or Praia das Poças Beach as a thin stretch of sand with a reasonable extension that gets fully immersed during high tide.
It lies at the beginning of the east side of the , where stands the 1.
The beach is extremely uncrowded.
Access to the cliff top is done by Estrada Nacional 2682. From here, only the most experienced should take the way down to the beach.
