About the Beach

What is Praia do Salto Beach?

It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Sines.

Praia do Salto Beach, likewise the two neighboring northern beaches, presents a sand of small dimensions. During low tide the area of sand considerably increases, allowing the presence of an higher number of bathers.
The two cliffs are nearly 30 meters away from each other, turning the beach into a cosy corner.
The access is done via a stairway on the south cliff.
