About the Beach

What is Praia dos Canudos Beach?

It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Sines.

Praia dos Canudos Beach has a thin and long strip of sand that stays nearly all immersed during high tide.
The low height cliff follows all the beach length. At its top there's a vast dune system displaying the wild nature of this site.
The access goes by Estrada Municipal 11091, exiting to the same dirt road that accesses the north neighboring beach.
