What is Praia dos Coxos Beach?
It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Mafra.
Praia dos Coxos Beach is situated in a bay facing northwest. The sand is wide and comprises a medium extension.
In this region there's a diversity of marine fauna.
The currents are usually strong near the cliff tip at south. On its top, there's a support car parking with privileged view over the landscape.
This beach is part of the Ericeira World Surfing Reserve.
