About the Beach
What is Praia de Árvore Beach?
It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Vila do Conde.
Praia de Árvore Beach has a very extensive sand of about 1 Km, devoid of any rock formations. It has a wide dune system and to the south, empties the Ribeira de Silvares1.
This beach integrated in the Paisagem Protegida Regional do Litoral de Vila do Conde e Reserva Ornitológica de Mindelo2, is very frequented by the guest of Parque de Campismo de Árvore3.
The arrival of summer season brings with it the opening of the beach library.
Access is available on the end of Avenida Coronel Aires Martins4.
