It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia.

Praia das Pedras da Maré Beach, integrated in Praia de São Félix da Marinha Beach, discloses a very long sand in the vicinity of the Ribeira do Juncal1. The bathing area demands attention from bathers due to the presence of numerous rocks. A train passing by on a railroad constructed in the dune system is the main characteristic of São Félix da Marinha parish.
