About the Beach
What is Praia de Valadares (Norte) Beach?
It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia.
Praia de Valadares (North) Beach has a very extensive sand, bounded north by the imaginary line contiguous to Rua Loubet Bravo1. The sea is generally stirred.
In the center/north part there's a rocky cluster replacing almost completely the sand. Further south the Ribeira de Valadares2 marks the beach end.
The organization of events related to sports on sand is common here.
Access is done by Rua Caetano Remeão3.
