It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Lagoa.

Praia dos Caneiros Beach has a medium sized sand. It's bounded at the ends by rugged cliffs touching the sea. Sea waters are calm.
To the west is sighted Leixão da Gaivota1 and the 2 on top of the promontory with the same name. South, there's a small cave near the beach entrance.
The car parking is of small dimensions.
