About the Beach
What is Praia da Gambôa Beach?
It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Peniche.
Praia da Gâmboa Beach presents a little long sand, southeast bounded by a pier. To the northwest it is bounded by the Fortaleza de Peniche wall.
The best bathing area is located near the pier, away from rock formations existing in the water.
Access is available by Avenida Monsenhor Manuel Bastos2, in Peniche. There are plenty of parking spaces at this sea side road.
