About the Beach
What is Praia da Cruz Beach?
It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Odemira.
Praia da Cruz Beach is located in Praia do Malhão (Norte) Beach and has a long strip of sand located at the bottom of a low height cliff. During high tide, the sand gets nearly fully immersed.
There's a string of pebbles close to the bottom of the cliff all along its length.
Fauna, flora, and huge dunes are extremely abundant in this area. The best access to take is by walking through the sand from the north neighbor beach.
