About the Beach

What is Praia dos Aivados Beach?

It's an Oceanic Beach in the northern hemisphere bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, located on the coast of Portugal - Iberian Peninsula - in the municipality of Odemira.

Praia dos Aivados Beach, also known as Praia do Buzinheiro Beach, has a thin and extensive stretch of sand, wider at its entrance where a stream flows.
The foot of the cliff is comprised by a string of pebbles that extends all the way to the south neighboring beach.
This beach is attended by fishermen and surfers.
The best way to access is by exiting from Estrada Nacional 3091 in direction of Ribeira da Azenha village.
